Apply online — it takes about five minutes.

Applications are completed through our secure client portal. You'll create an account, add your dog's profile, and upload current vaccine records. We'll review and reach out to schedule your meet-and-greet.

How it works

Three steps to your first day.

Apply online

Create your account in our client portal, complete your dog's profile, and upload current vaccine records (rabies, DHPP, bordetella).

Meet and greet

Once we review your application, we'll schedule a temperament test (up to 4 hours) to see if your dog is a good fit with the pack.

Start playing

From there, you can book your first daycare day or boarding stay directly through the portal. Dog walking and grooming appointments are scheduled separately with Bunny at (646) 384-8602.

Checklist

What to have ready.

Have these ready before starting your application.

  • Vaccine records — rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo), and bordetella (kennel cough). PDF or photo accepted.
  • Spay/neuter status — for dogs over 7 months, if applicable.
  • Vet contact info — name and phone of your dog's primary vet.
  • Emergency contact — someone we can reach if you're unavailable.
  • Your dog's quirks — allergies, fears, dietary needs, or favorite ways to play.
