Important Notes

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Packages do not expire.
  • If pick-up occurs more than 24 hours after drop-off, half-day or full-day boarding charges apply.
  • Walks before 9 AM, after 6 PM (Mon–Fri), or anytime on weekends are billed at a flat $40 rate (plus tax) for up to 30 minutes.
  • All packages and services are taxed upon purchase.
  • Daycare and boarding stays include two daily walks of 15–20 minutes.
  • Daycare pick-ups have a 10-minute grace period. After-hours pick-ups are charged $40 per hour.
  • All services are subject to an additional $40 fee on the following holidays: New Year's Eve (after 5 PM), New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
